The login data of Science Bits’ student licenses are centralized and managed by each school. At the start of the academic year, schools assign and distribute access details to their students. This is so since all student licenses come preconfigured: they are linked to the student’s school platform and to their corresponding teachers.

If a student loses or forgets their login details, they can retrieve them in two different ways:

• Requesting them from their school (or from the teacher who assigned the login details at the start of the course).
• If the student remembers her email with Science Bits (it is often the same as her username), she can click on the Forgot your password? link inside the LOG IN window, enter her email, and submit the form. The student will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset her password.

For security reasons —due to the impossibility of verifying the identity of the applicant —, Science Bits can only provide login details in these two ways.
